Rules
  1. One product, one course, one book at a time.
  2. Floor 12 hours a week, target 20, cap 25. Two light weeks a term.
  3. Every day logs a win. A bad day logs the 15-minute minimum.
  4. Never miss two days in a row.
  5. Ship something a user can see every Sunday. Talk to one real user every week.
  6. No AI-written change merges until I can explain what changed, why it works and what breaks it.
  7. Anything new goes in the parking lot until Jan 3, Apr 4 or Jul 4.
  8. Behind means cut scope, never re-plan. The portfolio stays frozen.
  9. Degrees only: one MS and one MBA. No third degree.
